The next Pilates MAT Level 1 training will take place on Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026 at the Pilates Works studio in Antwerp.

Invest in your knowledge and skills this autumn and take an important first step towards teaching the Classical Pilates Method. This intensive training weekend is packed with knowledge, inspiration and in-depth learning, providing you with a strong foundation to start teaching Pilates with confidence.

After completing the level 1 training, you can complete the training with the Pilates MAT level 2 on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 February 2027. More info can be found on the website.
