The next Pilates MAT level 1 teacher training will take place on Friday 6, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 March 2026 at the Pilates Works studio in Antwerp. The requirements for participation and further information can be found on the website.

After completing the level 1 training, you can complete the training with the Pilates MAT level 2 on Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 April 2026. More info can be found on the website.

Then take your teaching to the next level with the Pilates MAT Advanced training, where we will dive deeper into the world of Pilates and expand your knowledge and skills with advanced and super advanced exercises. The Pilates MAT Advanced training will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026. All info can be found on the website.
