The next Pilates MAT level 1 teacher training will take place on Friday 29, Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August, 2025 at the Pilates Works studio in Antwerp. The requirements for participation and further information can be found on the website.

The trainings are taught by Ann (2nd generation Classical Pilates instructor).
