Our TOWER class is a group class with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 participants.

This class consists of ground or mat exercises and exercises on the Tower. The Tower allows for a greater variety of exercises and gives you the opportunity to work with springs. Working with springs gives a new dimension to the mat exercises and at the same time introduces a whole range of unique exercises, such as the Push Through, Chest Expansion and Airplane. Because we work in a small group, there is more attention to personal coaching. It is a more challenging and varied class that is also excellent as a change from the standard mat class.

  • TOWER basic/intermediate is a beginners lesson. You can start in this class if you have followed at least 5 MAT fundamentals/basic classes.
  • TOWER intermediate/advanced is for participants with at least 1 year experience in the Tower.
