Our TOWER class is a group class with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 participants.
This class consists of ground or mat exercises and exercises on the Tower. The Tower allows for a greater variety of exercises and gives you the opportunity to work with springs. Working with springs gives a new dimension to the mat exercises and at the same time introduces a whole range of unique exercises, such as the Push Through, Chest Expansion and Airplane. Because we work in a small group, there is more attention to personal coaching. It is a more challenging and varied class that is also excellent as a change from the standard mat class.
- TOWER intro In this calm and immersive class, we focus on each exercise—both on the Tower and on the Mat—so that you can consciously and safely develop strength, flexibility, and control over your movements. The class is suitable for both beginners and those who already have experience with Pilates.
- TOWER basic/intermediate is a beginners lesson. You can start in this class if you have followed at least 5 MAT fundamentals/basic or TOWER intro classes.
- TOWER intermediate/advanced is for participants with at least 1 year experience in the Tower.
