Are you following a Pilates Teacher Training or do you like to train one or more times
extra per week, then you can also come to our studio for a Solo Training. That is training independently on the mat and/or on the equipment and without the guidance of a trainer.

Who can attend a Solo Workout?

  • Anyone who is familiar with the Pilates equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, ...) and knows how to work with the 'springs & straps'.
  • Anyone who is following a teacher training in the Pilates method, both on the Mat and on the machines (Comprehensive training).
  • Anyone who is a Pilates instructor and does not have their own equipment to train on
  • Anyone staying in Antwerp for a short or longer time and would like to keep their Pilates training up to standard
